I planted my first seed in middle age, and a few raised garden beds soon became a thriving garden sanctuary filled with fresh food, flowers, pollinators, wildlife, and lessons learned through every season.
My years as a nurse taught me to observe closely, ask thoughtful questions, and keep learning, skills that have served me just as well in the garden.
