About Michelle

I’m Michelle, a licensed RN, BSN, self-taught suburban gardener, and the voice behind this blog. What started as curiosity in a small backyard in Virginia grew into a living, biodiverse sanctuary that feeds my table, restores my spirit, and keeps teaching me something new every season.

My nursing background taught me to observe carefully, ask good questions, and never stop learning and it turns out those are exactly the skills a garden asks of you too.
