About me
A nurse who planted her first seed and found a calling.
My mission: to encourage and equip others with the knowledge, resources and confidence to grow food, cultivate beauty and care for their backyards in ways that nourish people and nurture nature.
Hi, I’m Michelle Mardian, RN, BSN. I planted my first seed in midlife, and a few raised beds soon became a garden sanctuary full of fresh food, flowers, pollinators and wildlife.
Nursing taught me to observe closely and keep learning, skills that serve me just as well in the garden. Today I share practical guidance and my real-life garden journey, and I’ve partnered with gardening brands, media and podcasts along the way.
